Who I am.

Hi!

If you hadn’t already picked up, my name is Libby. Check out my story below.

Personally speaking;

I’m originally from Philadelphia PA, but I moved to Indianapolis IN when I was young. I grew up in and started my life in Indianapolis. I attended Ball State University with a focus on journalism and criminal justice. At the age of 21, I moved to Seattle WA - my absolute favorite city!

When I’m not working, I, of course, spend my days with my family, friends, and dog. But, I also enjoy writing, shopping, eating, and traveling.

Professionally speaking;

I kick-started my career by landing my first big girl job in Seattle as a personal assistant. This position opened many doors for me professionally. I was introduced to a lot of individuals who taught me, trained me, and gave me loads of experience that led me to launch my own business. I learned all about marketing, running a business, launching a startup, and best of all, how to multi-task. All the while, I was also dipping my toes into property management, specifically short-term rentals to fulfill a desire to learn about real estate.

Instead of doing one single thing for the rest of my life, I had this idea of doing it ALL. In 2019, I launched my own marketing and project management business in order to better streamline the clients that I had.

A few months later, I picked back up my career in property management where I flourished, learning the ins and outs of managing commercial and residential properties, while also being able to apply a great deal of marketing efforts to each property I oversaw.

What I’m good at—

I’d like to think that I’m good at everything, but that isn’t the case. I have a lot of strengths, and weaknesses too! With everything that I do, I aim to learn as much as I can. Learning new skills and information is the best way to grow, and life would be far from interesting if I didn’t make an effort to improve myself, both personally and professionally.

Running lives.

Running your own life is a lot of work, but running other people’s lives, is actually easier. Being an assistant has been a specialty of mine for over 6 years now, and I’ve loved every single part of it. Administrative. Personal. Executive. I’ve done it all. I run other people’s lives, in the best way possible.

Writing things.

I could write all day, every day. The beauty of writing is untouchable. Words are everything. They tell stories, both big and small. Of course, the majority of my writing is for professional purposes. Nonetheless, I love it and I’m pretty great at it! Passion is key.

Wearing hats.

Baseball caps and beanies are my favorites, but wearing multiple figurative hats, such as managing email inboxes, running ad campaigns, or making sure deadlines are met, are more my specialty.

Being creative.

I don’t mean arts and crafts creative, but more like making your email campaigns look fancy and eye-catching, making your website more interesting, and making your marketing materials better, stronger, and yeah, more creative. I like simple things, but I also like them to be creative.
